The Quality / Quantity Challenge

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has long prided itself on its large and diverse membership, representing REALTORS® from across the country. However, as the organization continues to grow, it faces a challenge in balancing the quality and quantity of its membership. On one hand, a large membership base provides strength in numbers and a broad representation of the industry. On the other hand, there is a risk that the quality of membership may be diluted, impacting the organization’s reputation and effectiveness.
